Night Golf
Southside is pleased to announce all 18 holes are now available for night golf!
9 & 18 hole tee times are available daily until midnight with evening tee times flowing seamlessly into golf under the lights.
Night Golf Policy
This policy may be amended as we go if any other issues arise as we navigate this new endeavor.
Please review, and note that these policies have been created to combat some issues experienced during the testing phase of night golf.
-
ALL tee times booked after 8 pm will have a MANDATORY POWER CART RENTAL.
-
The cart # will be assigned by the pro shop staff so please take the cart # that you are assigned.
-
ALL golfers will check in with the starter @ hole # 10 where you will need to present valid photo ID as well as your pro shop receipt. The starter will take a photo of the ID next to the cart number of the cart that you are driving. You will be responsible for any damages to the cart (authorized in the waiver you sign at the time of rental).
Our goals of this policy are to maintain a steady pace of play, reduce damage to the course and power carts and eliminate unpaid walk-ons.
We have put a lot of resources into the lighting project for our customers to enjoy and kindly ask all patrons treat the infrastructure, power carts, and golf course grass with respect and courtesy. Please drive the power cart responsibly. Enjoy the experience we have worked tirelessly to provide.
BEWARE OF SPRINKLERS!
To ensure the fairways and greens stay in good condition we must irrigate the course daily. The sprinklers turn on around 9 pm and are spread out in timing and location throughout the course. It will be a night golf staple that you will encounter sprinklers being activated throughout the entire course. These sprinklers are on a 10-minute cycle. Please try to avoid driving the cart through freshly watered areas. We apologize in advance if you get sprayed by the sprinklers. We are looking into adding features to mitigate this issue in the future but with steady course activity for the majority of all hours of the day and night it's almost impossible to eliminate the risk of encountering activated sprinklers.
