Ladies, get ready to tee off with camaraderie at Southside Golf Course! We’re excited to welcome you to our 2026 Ladies League, designed for fun, friendly competition, and unforgettable post-round vibes.

League Details:
• Start Dates: Monday, May 25th & Tuesday, May 26th

• End Dates: Monday, August 10th & Tuesday, August 11th
• Duration: 10 scheduled rounds over 12 weeks. Canada Day week (June 29th – July 3rd) and August Long Weekend (August 3rd – August 7th) are NOT league weeks. These will be used for potential WEATHER related make up games if necessary.

•Please note: If you miss a scheduled round there will be no make up game. However, substitute golfers are allowed.
• Pricing: (tax included)

9 Hole League Members: $330 per person (Includes green fees & $60 admin/prize fee)

18 Hole League Members: $465 per person (Includes green fees & $60 admin/prize fee)

9 Hole Power Cart Add-on: $100 per person (Covers your league rounds)

18 Hole Power Cart Add-on: $150 per person (Covers your league rounds)

Tuesday Afternoon/Evening Shotguns optional dinner voucher add-on: $270 for 10 quality meals (includes starter + dessert) Unused dinner vouchers can be redeemed after the end of the ladies’ league season

Monday Format: Tee Times
Lock in your preferred tee time for the season—like past years, but you will be booked into the same tee time each week and will be alternating front and back nines.

Ladies League tee times begin at 12:00pm and end at 8:00pm on Mondays.

Don’t worry about those later start times! Our newly installed on course lighting system will make sure that you never run out of light.

Tuesday Format: Shotgun Starts
Tuesdays are all about the energy! We’re introducing shotgun starts to bring everyone together—imagine the buzz of starting as a group, sharing laughs on the course, and wrapping up simultaneously for instant socializing.

How a Shotgun Start works:

All teams will begin to head out onto the course to their designated starting hole, which will be provided to you before the round starts.

Once the air horn has blown, all teams will start their round!

For the 9 Hole shotgun:

If you start on the front nine, you will stay on the front nine and turn from hole #9 to hole #1

If you start on the back nine, you will stay on the back nine and turn from hole #18 to hole #10

Once you have completed your last hole, head into the clubhouse for some drinks, gathering, and good times.

 

Here’s why we love it (and think you will too):
• Builds Community: Everyone tees off and finishes around the same time, creating natural opportunities for group gatherings, prize draws, and storytelling after your round. It’s like a weekly reunion with your golf sisters!
• Post-Round Perks: Tie into our optional dinner service for seamless evenings—grab a quality meal (three weekly specials with soup/salad starter and dessert) right after, fostering those deeper connections that make league nights memorable.

• We will prioritize Ladies League members who are riding to head out to the further starting holes on the course during shotgun rounds. This makes it easier for everyone to head out and back in after they finish their round.

• Each shotgun start time can accommodate up to 100 golfers. If there are more people choosing that time than we can accommodate, priority will be given based on seniority/number of years golfed in the Ladies League and you may be moved to your second choice.

 

Tuesday Shotgun Start Times:
• 7 AM: 9-hole (perfect for early birds).
• 9:30 AM: 9-hole.
• 12 Noon: 18-hole. (optional dinner service available)
• 4 PM: 9-hole. (optional dinner service available)
• 6:30 PM: 9-hole. (optional dinner service available)

Optional Dinner Service:

We will be offering an optional dinner service for the Tuesday afternoon & evening shotguns.

This will include your choice of weekly special, starter soup or salad and a dessert.

If you sign up for the Ladies League Dinner Service package you will receive 10 dinner vouchers for the price of 9. ($270)

​

If you don’t use all your dinner vouchers during the league, the vouchers will carry over after the league ends and can be redeemed until the restaurant closes on September 13th.

​

Don't worry if you don't sign up for the package you can still come and enjoy a fabulous dinner.

This service is not available Mondays, but we will have the Greenside Grub Truck available.

​

Greenside Grub Truck:

A new option here at Southside Golf Course, the Greenside Grub Truck will be set up at the turn between the 9th and 10th hole. This gives you the chance to grab food, drinks and snacks right near the course. Operating seven days a week with extended hours.

Registration Process:

Registration is not first come first served this year.

You will have until February 1st to register for the league and fill out the registration forms.

​

Please have one member fill out the registration for your group.

​

We will be processing everyone's application the week of February 2nd - 6th. At which time we will be allocating you into your preferred tee time slot.

​

After we have reviewed the applications and allocated the teams, our staff will reach out and contact you with the results and will then ask for your payment.

​

Transferable Tee Times:​

Once payment is processed, the scheduled tee time is now yours.

If you can't make it one week then you have the right to fill your spot with a replacement golfer. (Friend, Daughter, Mother, etc.)

​

This gives you the opportunity if you can't commit to all 10 weeks that someone else can share that slot with you.
