• Online Registration ONLY: Convenient and straightforward, all registrations are handled online.

• Group size: Groups may consist of up to 4 players. Please note that some groups may be paired up with others.

• Designate a Main Contact: Each team must select a main contact person to manage the registration process.

  • Main Contact Responsibilities:

    • Full Payment: The main contact is responsible for making the full payment on behalf of the team.

    • Online Form Completion: Gather and submit the names of all group members and any dietary requirements.

    • Golf Cart Reservations: Ensure your team’s comfort by reserving and paying for golf carts as needed. (Please note that each team must add one cart per player).

 

Disclaimer: This tournament is only open to 2024 Ladies League participants.

 

Rain or Shine: This event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

 

Refunds:

• 100% Refund: Available if cancellation is made up to 72 hours in advance.

• 50% Refund: Available if cancellation is made within 48 hours.

• No Substitutes: This tournament is for league players only.

• All refunds will be made to the Main Contact's form of payment.

Registration: Please register early to avoid disappointment. We have a limited number of spots and power carts available. Once the event is sold out, a waitlist will be available.
